Peggy's Cove Lighthouse Miniature

Peggy's Cove is one of the busiest tourist attractions in Nova Scotia. The community's famous lighthouse marks the eastern entrance of St. Margarets Bay and is officially known as the Peggys Point Lighthouse.

It is said that the name Peggy was given to a young survivor from a shipwreck that ran aground and sank. She remembered nothing of her life before her rescue thus this location was then known as Peggy's Cove.
