Curling Rock Pendant

The first curling rock made it's appearance right here in Canada back in the 1700s and was made from various materials such as Iron and wood. It wasn't until 1807 that a Montreal based curling club became the first organized sporting club in North America, making curling an officially recognized sport.

Today curling has become one of Canada's favorite pastime sports - they now, however, utilize granite rocks from Scotland due to its outstanding durability to moisture and overall superior density.
