COVID-19 Update (Store procedures & Shipping)
We are pleased to announce that our retail location at 698 McLeod Ave is open for business and will be accepting customers during our regular hours from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and 10 to 5 on Saturdays. As we return to a new normal, some changes have been made to ensure safety of our customers and staff.
Due to the nature of our retail location, all customers and employees will be required to wear a community face mask. A 2m distance between staff and customers will be respected when possible. We ask that one person per family shop at a time, to limit the amount of customers in the store at any given moment. There will be an increased amount of cleaning and sanitation of frequently touched surfaces. Debit and credit will be highly encouraged; cash will be accepted only if no other method of payment is available.
We please ask if you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have traveled outside the Atlantic Bubble (NB, NS, PEI, NFLD) in the last 14 days, to not enter the workplace and follow the appropriate provincial guidelines in regards to self-isolation.
We will continue to offer online orders for pick up and shipping. On this note, there have been extensive delays in shipments of packages through our regular post carrier. For Canadian customers, this delay is often 3 to 5 business days, for customers outside of Canada (in the US for example), shipping delays of over 7 business days seems to be the norm. Once a shipment has left our facility and it is in the hands of the post office, we ask that you please watch your tracking number carefully for the best updates as to when the shipment will arrive. If you are concerned about your shipment or have any questions regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out.
