The Lighthouse is a prominent feature in many ports lining our Maritime coasts. For centuries, these beacons have signaled warnings to passing ships, sending them safely home. Among the most famous lighthouses is one that resides at Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia.
This item is a perfect hostess gift or for your own table setting. Use it for the side of a butter dish or for offering hors d'oeuvres at parties; spreaders offer endless uses. Pictured in satin finish.

Materials + Care
Caring for your pewter
Wash after use with warm water and a mild soap. Jewellery and pieces that don't touch food or drink can also be cleaned with Windex and paper towel. Never put pewter in the dishwasher.
Polished (shiny) finish: bring back the shine with a jeweller's rouge cloth. We use Fabulustre, but any rouge cloth from a hardware or jewellery store works.
Satin (matte) finish: buff out scratches and dullness with a Scotch-Brite or scouring pad, rubbing with the grain.

Each one is polished by hand before it's packed. All our pewter is lead-free and nickel-free, a good choice if other jewellery irritates your skin.
