The Atlantic lobster is not only a delicacy but also an iconic image of life in the Maritimes. Fishing for lobster is a way of life on the east coast. Many families have made a living catching and selling lobster for generations. The lobster is a symbol of cycles, regeneration and protection.

Caring for your pewter
Wash after use with warm water and a mild soap. Jewellery and pieces that don't touch food or drink can also be cleaned with Windex and paper towel. Never put pewter in the dishwasher.
Polished (shiny) finish: bring back the shine with a jeweller's rouge cloth. We use Fabulustre, but any rouge cloth from a hardware or jewellery store works.
Satin (matte) finish: buff out scratches and dullness with a Scotch-Brite or scouring pad, rubbing with the grain.
