Details
Fiddleheads are the still-coiled leaves of the ostrich fern and they are found in swampy areas around New Brunswick. These native plants are considered a New Brunswick delicacy and are often served with Atlantic salmon.

Materials + Care
Caring for your pewter
Wash after use with warm water and a mild soap. Jewellery and pieces that don't touch food or drink can also be cleaned with Windex and paper towel. Never put pewter in the dishwasher.
Polished (shiny) finish: bring back the shine with a jeweller's rouge cloth. We use Fabulustre, but any rouge cloth from a hardware or jewellery store works.
Satin (matte) finish: buff out scratches and dullness with a Scotch-Brite or scouring pad, rubbing with the grain.
